The first entry was a little bit heady I admit. This when I hope you let you get a feel for what I am into with helping people free themselves of the stuff that doesn’t feel good. This stuff is all of the thoughts that keep on coming up day in and day out that keep people locked in behavior patterns that don’t serve them. Sometimes it feels as if we are rats on a treadmill and spinning our feet over huge obstacles that overwhelm us.

So why does this happen? The people who are the ruling class obviously benefit by us being weak and afraid. Weak fearful people are much easier to manipulate. So what can we do? We can learn to reshape the thought patterns, so that we neutralize the old, inefficient belief systems and enable the healthy and creative ones.

This old energy imprint was centered in lack, scarcity, and fear. It said that we have to be constantly on the lookout for the other guy. He or she is out to get us, so we had better strike first; or if we got the passive side of the same coin we were told that we have better run away from any danger or threats from people and situations. There is so much more to who we are than the flight or fight syndrome.

We are all capable of intimacy at the deepest levels. We are all capable of creating works of art of sublime beauty at every level, and in every minute, and communicating on high levels with one another. This all starts when we allow ourselves to be centered in our hearts. This is where we connect with the higher aspects of ourselves. When we are consciously breathing and allow ourselves to be centered in the heart we can’t keep on being overcome by the same low vibrational thoughts that sometimes inundate us with fear, and the various levels of it, like anger, frustration, envy, whining, blame etc.

When we are centered in our hearts we can connect with our own inner guidance at very deep levels. And you may ask how can we change our reality into what we really desire, instead of always seemingly getting what we don’t want, whether it be a job, relationships, or a lack of understanding about our life here on earth. The answer is way simple. The first part of it is to not focus on what we don’t want, because whatever we focus on expands and multiplies.

The second part is that we are all capable of getting to a point of truth, while we are in our heart connection. Once we are here in this place of truth we can gift ourselves with a conscious choice. We can see the big picture of what we are creating, have gratitude for all of our creations, appreciate all of the contrast in our lives. See all of our experiences as stepping stones that have helped us clarify what we don’t want and given us valuable info about how to create what we have been asking for.

It is always up to us to create our reality in a conscious way. Most people go for the default programs that the imprint is conducive to trapping us into. We don’t have to go for the low level of fear that is rampant in the mass consciousness. We can create any reality we choose. Yes, this does take us exercising our free will and being intent and focused on our purpose, but when we consciously choose to change the universe hears us and begins to shift the pieces into place for us to manifest what we are asking for. It is up to us to keep on vibrating on a high level of love and trust, so we will attract the changes to us and magnetize them onto the physical plane.

I’ll keep on writing more about this. Reprogramming is my passion, because once we use the tool of conscious choice everything starts to shift in the old energy imprint, and we begin to tap into places of unlimited freedom and beauty, which the fear based thinking has kept hidden from us.

What is the Foundation for Universal Love

Hi, Ana & I are to co-founders of the One heart one Love foundation for Universal Love. Our mission is to aid all who choose to accelerate their awakening process. All of us came into this life knowing there was a very good chance we could ascend & reach full consciousness in this lifetime, inside our bodies.

Universal love & unconditional love are basically the same. The universe gives us as much of this love energy as we choose to take in. Love without condition is love given & received with pure intent. To experience universal love we connect to our heart centers, with our breathing.

It is from this place of connectedness we can manifest whatever we are asking the universe for. It is here we can connect with our higher self, guides & angels, and also with the other aspects & timelines of our being.

Universal love is allowing ourselves to love without guilt or shame, fully present in the now moment with gratitude & appreciation for all of creations. When we allow ourselves to remember the true nature of our being, which is love, we begin to raise the level of light and love for the One, for all of creation. By each of us learning how to awaken to who we are and why we are here, we make it easy for others to awaken.

When we are in the higher vibration of universal love we feel peaces, balance, & warmth. We allow joy, well being, & abundance into our passion.

We are looking to form a community where we collectively come together to facilitate our own awakening, as well as the planet. We provide universal love soul groups, which allow us to speak our truth with one another & grow in love & support from each of us. By coming together this way we learn to share our unique gifts and talents with one another.

Being on this ascension path means that we are here to bring to completion of all of the issues we having been working on in our many lifetimes. There are many challenges along the way, one of the most important and beneficial things we can do at this time of great change is to open up to others and share our experiences and wisdom with those who are going through the same process.

We provide evaluations of where people are at & where they would like to be in their awakening process. We go into how they can free up their energy from the constrictions of programs they have been imprinted with. We do meditations, for them to come to a place of connection with spirit, so they can begin to tap into their own guidance & inner knowing.

We both do energy work & counsel with the consciousness of universal love. I help people to neutralize the survival based imprints we all have been oriented with, by using the tool of the New Energy Synchrotize System, which is conscious choice hypno-therapy. This is a very efficient way to discern what you want to change in your reality, come to a point of truth and make a conscious choice for what you want to bring into the reality or remove from it.

We will be starting to give talks in Cottonwood in the next moth or so, to get to know the community and find out what people are looking for in terms of building our community here. We are looking for people with all kinds of skills that align them with their passion. It is in us coming to together to share our gifts that we can create ways to support one another and flourish, while this great shift in our reality is happening.
